1. Website Use
This website's main purpose is to allow users to book boat transportation tickets and related services. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to be responsible for providing truthful and complete information.

2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability.

The customer will receive an electronic confirmation to the email address or contact information provided.

It is recommended to arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes in advance.

3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Costa Rican colones (CRC) or US dollars (USD), as indicated.

Payment is made by credit card, debit card, or authorized electronic channels.

Once the transaction is confirmed, a receipt will be sent to the customer.

4. Changes and Cancellations
Specific conditions for changes, cancellations, or refunds will depend on the fare purchased (see the "Refund Policy" section).

In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure, Fersa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service, informing the customer in advance.
